Win the job you want-preparing for the interview

You’ve been trying to hire yourself for a long time, but you can’t?

You were invited to many interviews and responses were negative or you reached the final stage of a hiring process, but was the preferred another candidate? Or, and worse, have you crossed several times through the above situations?

I understand your anger! The question is who are you upset about: the employer (“So are all, they want experienced people!”) Or you (“I screwed up again…”). Because there is something you can change about your employer than the way you perceive yourself, you are the one who can bring the difference in the future.

How ready are you for an interview? How well do you know what you need to meet before attending an interview and, more importantly, how well do you know how to “sell yourself”? We refer, of course, to the way to showcase all your professional experiences in the right light, the one desired by the employer, to choose from all your experience those sequences that perfectly match the required profile, to know what to answer and how to Answer questions, maximizing your Trump and minimizing vulnerabilities.

Equally important is to be emotionally prepared. What do you think “read” the person in front of you when you feel fearful, bored, angry or angry? At the experience it has, it certainly reads a lot if you don’t learn to manage your emotions healthily and efficiently.

It is time to say “Stop” and not allow destiny to decide when you will commit. Come to an individual training session for a half-day interview, during which you will receive the necessary counseling for solid preparation, to create a professional impression on your employer and to influence the positive response you expect.

Mode of deployment:

  • Individual (You and the counselor) or, if you wish, you can bring a friend in a similar situation
  • 1/2 Day (9.00-13.00 or 16.00-20.00)
  • Supporting the interview with the necessary rehearsing
  • Interview-coated sessions
  • Positive and negative Feedback from visualizations
  • Training for desired improvements
  • Simulation for the complex preparation of the next interview
