Communicating efficiently with those around us has become more and more difficult in recent years due to the agile life, stress and time that seems more and more limited. Thus, using personality models becomes an essential prerequisite for a perfectly tailored behavior at each stage of communication management and networking with others.

Personality is the relative framework of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that confer uniqueness on the individual. It is the essence of the character, revealed by the predictable patterns of inclinations and behavior, a collection of our motivations, needs, and preferences, which becomes a sketch of our strengths and weaknesses.

The applicability of personality models is extended in any area of personal and professional life, from improving the relationship of torque or communication with children, until the optimization of sales, recruitment, leadership, coaching processes.

The program “personality, versatility and sale” is a customized and interactive training program that runs for 2-3 days (depending on the size of the team).

The program benefits from weekly follow-up included for 3 months and can be completed by a minimum of 6 individual Business Coaching sessions.
