Communication and Sales in Vet Business

Human investment is the most important investment of a business. Any space would hold such a business, in any area of the city (with more or less commercial see), and state-of-the-art medical equipment would hold and no matter how prolonged the work program is, the human resource is the one that will always make the difference and which represents the cornerstone for the success of a business.

Interacting with customers, animal owners in this case, but also with suppliers, your first role is to represent the organization’s image honorably in front of them. Who sees you, sees the organization you belong to, which is why your appearance, your professional standard, and your behavior must be flawless.

We will not discuss during this course about medical knowledge or your medical/scientific development, however, we will discover and develop all the necessary skills in communicating and effectively linking with the owner, as well as in selling Services and products so that your organization is a part of achieving its objectives and your business is successful.

The “Communication and sale in the veterinary business” program is a customized and interactive training program that runs for 1-2 days (depending on the size of the team).

The program benefits from weekly follow-up included for 3 months and can be completed by a minimum of 6 individual Business Coaching sessions.
